What is WPTron?
WPTron is a powerful platform that makes it easy to create WordPress websites. With features like speed, security, auto theme and plugin installation, bundles, and fast website building, WPTron is the ideal choice for anyone looking to create a stunning website with ease.
Do you provide root access to my servers?
Yes, these are your servers and you will have full root access to them.
Are there limits on traffic or visitors?
The only limits you have on traffic are the ones imposed by the bandwidth limits of your chosen plan.
Does this infrastructure require any plugins?
No, there are no plugins required by WPTron. Everything you need to design an amazing website is provided by the server stack.
How many sites can I host on one server?
As everyone’s websites are different, with different traffic, plugins, themes, admin usage, etc, this is impossible to answer. However, a good rule of thumb if we’re talking solely about fully cached brochure websites is 7-10 sites per 1GB of RAM. This means you can host roughly 15-20 websites on a 2GB RAM server, and 30-40 on a 4GB RAM server. 
Who owns sites managed by WPTron?
Everything that you manage inside of WPTron belongs 100% to you, and you can take them with you and leave WPTron at any time. We can’t cancel or revoke your sites, because they’re 100% in your control, always.

Do you have any security features?
We have a TON of security features, too many to list here. A lot of this is active right out of the box, and other features can be configured on a per website basis.
What kind of support do you offer?
Our support team is online 24/7, 365 days a year. You can write to us about any problems at contact@wptron.app and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Do you offer backups?
Our paid plans include local and remote backup options that can be configured hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
Will you migrate my websites for me?
We can assist with website migrations for Core and Pro plan customers for an additional fee. Our prices for managed migrations vary. Please reach out to support to discuss your requirements.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Payments are processed securely over SSL using ChargeBee.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged each month on your renewal date.
What if I change plans in the middle of the month?
Changes to paid plans are prorated in real time. If you ever have an issue just drop us an email and we’ll make sure you get sorted ASAP.
What if I decide to cancel my WPTron account?
All of your sites and servers will remain just as they were before when they were connected to your WPTron account. Certain features and functionality that are delivered by the WPTron service will immediately cease to function (backups, staging and so on). However, your sites should continue to perform just as before and you won’t experience any outages. You’ll need to make other plans for their management and upkeep.
